Shipping Address
Please provide us a physical shipping address. For security
reasons, Designing Texas Catalog ships
to street addresses only, and not to PO Boxes or similar
addresses.
Alternate Shipping Address
For all orders over $200 with different billing and shipping
addresses, Designing Texas Catalog manually
verifies that the provided alternate shipping address
matches the address on file with your credit card bank.
To avoid delay in processing, please have your alternate
shipping address filed with your credit card bank.
Shipping Cut Off
We ship out goods MONDAY-FRIDAY. In most cases, orders are shipped within one –
ten business days of receipt with consideration to the fact that they are submitted
with all the correct information, credit card number is correct, and the item is in
stock. Your shipping address must be correct. If it is corrected through FedEx® then
you will be charged a $10.00 change of address fee.
Address Correction Fee:
FedEx® charges us a $10 address correction fee if
you provide an incorrect or incomplete shipping address
(e.g. forgot to include the apartment number, transposed
zip code digits, zip code doesn't match the city, etc.)
As a result, we must receive full and fair reimbursement
for this expense. We will charge the purchaser $10 to
offset this expense only if the mistake is made by the
customer. The best way to avoid this fee, is to simply
provide a complete and accurate address for the recipient.
International Orders
All International orders outside the United States are
on a Pre-Payment basis only. All shipments outside the
United States will be responsible for paying duties/taxes
. You will need to contact Federal Express at 1-800-247-4747
to set up an account, or we can send it out through the
United States Postal Service for you. There is no fee
to set up this account, it is just so that your taxes
will be billed to your account. Once we have received
the pre-payment and account number, we will ship out your
package.

Please note that if your state code is not in the drop
down list, select Other and then select your correct country
code and proceed with checkout. As soon as your credit
card information is verified, you will be contacted by
one of our customer service representatives for further
shipping information.

Shipments
to the continental US
At Designing Texas Catalog we offer FedEx®,
UPS or US Postal Service shipping - on all product(s)
orders. Next Day & Second Day deliveries are not available
at this time... If necessary alternate shipping options
may be available upon request. Additional shipping charges
may apply to oversized items this will be notated in the
product description
Drop ship items
Drop ship items are shipped directly from the manufacturer
to your door. Second-day and next-day shipping are not
available on these items. Additional time should be allowed
for processing the order, and heavy items may take up
to four to six weeks for delivery. Please feel free to
contact us if you have any
questions regarding when you will receive your order.
Custom Items
Some of our catalog Items are one of kind art pieces these items may require an extended shipping time,
Shipments to Alaska, PR, Hawaii & Canada
Orders shipped to Alaska, Puerto Rico or Canada will be charged a flat fee of $35.00 & are usually delivered
within two business days from shipping. Any Additional charges will be added for oversized packages.
Canadian orders may be subject to other costs - please refer to our international order policies
International
International (FedEx/USPS Air Service) $25.00 + $1.00/item
handling fee. All international orders shipped out through
FedEx International Priority will take 2 - 5 business
days. To receive your orders via FedEx International Priority
shipping, please setup an account with FedEx and provide
us the account number by emailing us at customerservice@DesigningTexasCatalog.com.
Please note that if the FedEx account number is not provided,
the packages will be shipped out through USPS. DesigningTexasCatalog
reserves the right to refuse deliveries to any countries
outside United States and Canada. Customers are responsible
for all Customs/Duty charges.
