Terms of Warranty
We want you to be 100% satisfied with
your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied
with your purchase you may return the product with in
30 days with an appropriate receipt.
All products should be by insured mail or other insured
carrier. Please contact customer service, either by email
or telephone, to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization
(RMA) Number before returning any items for service

to receive an RMA number and address to return your product
to. Please realize that custom items & specialized pieces
of Art are not returnable please make sure these items
meet your requirements
In all the terms of the Manufacturer's warranty will apply.
DesigningTexasCatalog.com will warrant
the workmanship for a period of 6 months from purchase.
DesigningTexasCatalog.com will, at in
its sole discretion, either repair or replace any defective
merchandise within the warranty period. In the event that
replacement of the product is necessary, and the product
is no longer available, we reserve the right to substitute
a similar item of equal or greater value. It is very important
that all products be used and operated according to the
manufacturer's specifications and instructions accompanying
them.
This warranty EXCLUDES misused, damage or wear and tear
to the product. Damage caused by alterations or repair
not by us will void the warranty and we disclaim any liability.
Under no event shall our liability exceed our sales price
of the product.
This warranty comes to force only if it is accompanied
with copy of the purchase receipt or credit card sales
slip and the warranty certificate is fully and correctly
completed by us or our authorized dealer.
All damage or shortages must be reported within 7 days
of receipt of shipment. Items returned without the appropriate
RMA number are subject to a 20% restock fee.
*We cannot accept merchandise returned more than six months
after the delivery date; it will be shipped back to you
at your expense
**We're sorry, but we cannot accept COD packages.
Custom work & limited edition art pieces cannot be
returned. These items can only be returned if they were
damaged or shipped to you incorrectly. Please be sure
to inspect all packages up on arrival & note any damage
with the delivery driver.
The customer is responsible for shipping charges on all
returns unless we have shipped the product to you in error
or if it was damaged by the carrier.
All coupons are Exclusive & cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.
